These interactive experiences will help you gain valueable insights, increase your self awareness, build your confidence, engage with others who are on a similar journey as you and empower you to dive deeper into what is holding you back so you can work to overcome your limiting beliefs and doubts in order to live your best life!

Each workshop and retreat is custom designed so you will never experience the same event twice! All topics are selected from the FMBL (finding my best life) wheel of life which was created by Megan. The FMBL Wheel of Life covers all areas of personal development including - Self Awareness, Impact, Surroundings, Mindset, Growth, Wellness, Career, Finances, Relationships, and Fun!

Workshops

Every month I offer a virtual 60-minute workshop focused on one area from the FMBL Wheel of Life. Topics include - Establishing your starting point, overcoming your doubts, finding your passions, building confidence, creating your vision and so much more!

Retreats

A fully immersive (3) day experience where participants are asked to push past their comfort zones and trust the process! Each retreat is custom designed and offers a variety of group and solo activities including - guided meditations, personal development mini workshops, guest speakers, fitness activities, opportunities to meet and engage with others experiencing similar journeys as you and so much more!

Everyone is encouraged to be active participants but no activity is required.

And if you know me you know there will be lots of food, music and goodie bags for you to take home!
